1. Offer Overview

This offer provides selected UK public sector organisations with a free Analytics Proof of Concept (PoC), valued at up to £10,000, delivered by Dataframe Solutions Ltd. The PoC aims to demonstrate the potential of data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvement.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this offer, organisations must:

• Be a UK-based public sector entity (e.g., local authority, higher education institution).

• Have a clear interest in developing or enhancing their data and insights capabilities.

• Confirm availability of relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who understand the organisation’s data landscape and can participate in a 90-minute discovery session during November or December 2025.

3. Data Usage

• No access to actual organisational data will be required or permitted.

• All analytics work will be conducted using synthetic data, designed to simulate representative datasets based on publicly available or generic structures.

• The synthetic data will be used solely for illustrative and exploratory purposes.

4. Scope of the Proof of Concept

• The PoC will result in a prototype analytics dashboard, tailored to the organisation’s domain and strategic priorities.

• The dashboard will demonstrate potential insights in areas such as:

  • Operational visibility

  • Citizen or student experience

  • Performance monitoring

• The dashboard is not intended for production use and will not include live data integrations.

5. Selection Process

• Applications will be assessed based on strategic alignment, readiness, and availability of SMEs.

• Dataframe Solutions Ltd reserves the right to select participants at its sole discretion.

• Only a limited number of organisations will be selected for this offer.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials, designs, code, and outputs developed during the PoC remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dataframe Solutions Ltd.

• Participating organisations may use the outputs internally for evaluation and planning purposes only.

• No part of the PoC may be reproduced, distributed, or commercialised without prior written consent from Dataframe Solutions Ltd.

7. Confidentiality

• No sensitive or proprietary data will be shared or used during the engagement.

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding discussions, synthetic data models, and materials shared during the PoC.

8. No Financial Obligation

• The PoC is provided free of charge, with no obligation to purchase further services.

• Any future engagement beyond the scope of the PoC will be subject to separate commercial agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Dataframe Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or interpretation of the PoC outputs.
